We believe renters want to find the best apartment community for their budget, needs and preferences. An unhappy renter leads to an unhappy owner and a mistaken lead is often a wasted meeting. K-Town Apartments serves renters with a prioritized search tool and a comprehensive list of apartment communities to make our solution the best way to find an apartment. For owners, a one-stop solution can help reduce marketing costs and time spent on poorly matched leads. Not to mention, our risk free referral pricing and unique process eliminates all costs unless we do our job well and fill your vacancies.

K-Town Apartments offers both premium and limited memberships. Limited memberships are completely free with no hidden fees or agenda, but they come with a basic profile and lower ranking in our search algorithm. Nevertheless, limited memberships can manage their photo, prices, and features with our easy-to-use account section.

Premium members receive higher search results, $100 rewards to new residents, and profiles featuring unlimited pictures with a customized background and logo. Full members also receive user statistics along with the ability to manage reviews on our website.

For all this, premium members simply agree to pay K-Town a referral fee of $400. And it is a referral fee with integrity. Unlike most, we do not allow residents to submit referrals. Instead your representatives activate $100 reward cards for new residents by completing a simple form (5 entries) online in your account section. This form lets us know there was a confirmed referral and allows us to pay your new resident their reward.

So our leads are free. Our referrals are honest. And you only pay when our advertising works.

For Renters

We believe you want to find the best apartment community for your budget, needs and preferences. K-Town helps you simplify the complicated decision of where to live by letting you choose a desired location to live near, have a preference for different features, and only search for listings that are in your price range and bedroom needs. We do all this without login requirements.

Where do you want to live? Where do you spend most of your time? Do you want to live near your office, your school, or your friends? Use our location search to show apartments closest to where you want to be.

What do you need where you live? Do you need a washer and dryer or a pet friendly community? Use our 'Must Have' box to only show listings with these features.

Wait. What if you want something but don't have to have it? What if you want a pool at your new place but could live without it for the right price and location? Use our 'Would Like' box to rank listings with your preferences higher but still show the others that are close fits.

How much do you want to pay and how many people are you living with? That is simple too. Just insert your price range in our search boxes and click the number of bedrooms you might consider.

After all this, we will give you the best options we can find based on your preferences.

Greg Shutt - Chief Computer Officer

"Greggor," as we like to call him is a certified nerd, adventurer and entrepreneur. Programming for over 15 years, Greg has a deep and diverse expertise in a number of computer languages, operating systems, and technologies. With a degree in Computer Engineering (UT), a Master’s in Computer Science (UT), and a successful entrepreneurial career under his belt, Greg is an invaluable asset to the team. Greg is intelligent, kind, and ambitious. Our team operates well because he is both a good man and a talented programmer and businessman.

Justin Ivory - Chief Dollar Officer

Justin, or Steve Carell as some mistaken, is the money guy and “chatty-Cathy” of the group. With an undergraduate degree concentrating in both Finance and Economics from East Tennessee State, a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification, and over 5 years experience analyzing international businesses for personal and institutional investments, Justin brings a bigger perspective on the business world to K-Town Apartments. Focusing on strategy, sales, and accounting, Justin offers a unique addition to K-Town Apartment's strong function and design skills. Justin is a motivated and personable member of the team that loves criticism and improvement. Our team functions well because his comedic laugh is both contagious and frequent.
