Southmont

Southmont Apartments are located at 1415 E. Moody Ave. The neighborhood has
a fire station, baseball field and Al’s Market. Each apartment is equipped with a
stove, refrigerator, heat and air. Some have hardwood floors while others have
carpet. All of our apartments are 2 BR garden apartments. There is a laundry room
onsite.

The KAT Bus stops in front of the property. Southmont is conveniently close to
shopping, downtown Knoxville, UTK, and UT hospital. The schools in the area
are Dogwood Elementary, South Doyle Middle and South Doyle High School.

IJAMS Nature Center is only minutes away and offers both hiking and biking
trails, play areas and an information center.
Southmont is a MOD Rehab property and all applicants must be approved to meet
